The new Energy Affordability Program (EAP) offers two levels of support for income-eligible residents: Those most in need will qualify for a free home energy needs assessment conducted by a trained energy professional, as was offered under the previous program. Other participants may qualify for a free energy-saving kit, which is customized to meet participants’ energy needs and could include energy-saving LED lighting, timers, faucet aerators and/or a clothes drying line. Full eligibility details for the EAP can be found at Saveonenergy.
