PAP Authorization Card SAVE YOUR MONEY … THROUGH SAVINGS IN TIME AND EXPENSES PAP (Pre-Authorized Payment) is a common way of handling recurring bills … like your hydro utility account. It saves you time, and it saves you postage. By spending three minutes now, filling out the form on the other side of this card, you can save time every month when you write cheques. No postage costs, no cheques are delayed in the mail, no interest is charged on overdue accounts. To begin PAP, please fill out the reverse side of this card, giving permission to withdraw pre-authorized payments from your account. Send along one of your cheques for the account you wish PAP drawn on. Mark the cheque "VOID" and do not sign it. We need it only for the micro encoding of your banking information. Your PAP payment will be withdrawn from your account each month on the "interest after" date indicated on your monthly invoice. If at any time you wish to withdraw from PAP, just send us a written notice. When your account has been set up and the bill is paid by PAP. The message ***P.A.P. DO NOT PAY *** will appear on your bill. Enroll:*I'd like to enroll in the PAP (Pre-Authorized Payment) option, and I have enclosed a cheque marked "VOID".
