CW Hydro has updated our Conditions of Service, a document that describes how we do business with our customers, to align with recent changes in the energy industry.
We are interested in customer feedback and invite you to read over the updated document here. Customers without internet access may obtain a copy of the revised Conditions of Service at our office at 730 Gartshore Street, Fergus.
The opportunity for Public comment is available until February 4, 2026. After this date the revised Conditions of Service document will be sent to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) for review and filing.
